Workshop Lab - TRAMANDO with Moyra Silva

About the Lab:

TRAMANDO is a three-hour movement lab for those who want to reconnect with their body, creativity, and sense of play through dance.

It welcomes people returning to movement, those new to dance, and dancers seeking fresh creative approaches.

The lab unfolds in three stages:

ROOTS, awakening fundamental movement patterns through Kung Fu principles and reconnecting with the body's basic patterns such spinal core activation.

(e)MOTION, exploring memories, sensations, and emotions through Peruvian rhythms from the coast, highlands, and rainforest, using rhythm and improvisation to expand movement possibilities.

WEAVING, transforming individual discoveries into collective movement using elastic yarn to create shared body architectures, playful interactions, and collaborative choreography.

Participants improvise, collaborate, and create together while building confidence, creativity, body awareness, and a sense of community.
